13 changes shipped across 3 codebases last week. A quiet one on paper... Handl was due its second round of QA, and the relaunch prep carried on around it.
Handl: Jira in real time
If your team works in Jira, Handl already linked milestones to your sprints and epics. This week that link went real-time.
Jira now tells Handl the moment a task changes. No waiting for the next sync. Each linked milestone shows a row of coloured dots, one per task, and the row updates on screen as your team moves things in Jira. Hover a dot and you get the task title, type, status and when it last changed.
Why it matters... milestones are what you bill against. If you can see a milestone is nearly done without asking anyone, you know an invoice is coming.
Also this week:
- Stripe setup you can't miss. If Stripe still needs something from you before you can take card payments, a banner on your dashboard says what, in plain English. Handl also emails you 7, 3 and 1 day before Stripe's deadline.
- A clearer invoice wizard for time and materials. The steps now run Configure, Select time, Set rates, Preview, Send, with a numbered step indicator so you know where you are. Configure comes first because those choices shape the amounts in every step after it.

Arbeo: notes you can see from the board
Hiring notes are only useful if someone reads them. In Arbeo you can now pin a note on a candidate, and the pipeline card shows it. Hover a card and a preview pops up with the notes, so you can check what a colleague thought without opening the full profile.
See you next week.
