We built the proposal and project-intelligence layer first — get the input right, with clear scope tracked against delivery — then connected invoicing and payment tracking to that project data so invoices reflect reality. AI flags scope risk and surfaces the delta between what was scoped and what's delivered.
Results
Handl is live at handl.works and in active development. The most-used feature wasn't auto-invoicing — it was the scope alert ("this project is trending over budget").
The lesson: agencies don't want automation, they want confidence. 90 days was enough to prove the core insight.
