A modern web presence for Queensland's real estate transaction platform

Realworks is the Real Estate Institute of Queensland's (REIQ) cloud platform for creating, sending, and signing compliant real estate documents. REIQ needed a website that did the product justice — clear, fast, and easy to update. We designed and built it in Webflow.

Realworks is the digital documentation platform operated by the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) — the industry body that accredits every form on it. It lets Queensland agents, property managers, commercial agents, buyer's agents, business brokers, and auctioneers create REIQ-compliant contracts and agreements, send them for electronic signature, and track them through to settlement. "Create. Send. Sign."

REIQ needed a marketing site that matched the quality of the product: one that explained the platform clearly to busy real estate professionals, looked credible for a peak industry body, and could be updated by REIQ's own team without going back to a developer every time legislation, pricing, or messaging changed.

Dazlab designed and built the realworks.com.au site in Webflow — giving REIQ a fast, responsive, fully editable web presence for one of their flagship member products.

Delivered as a Webflow site REIQ owns and runs. The team can update content, campaigns, and pricing (including time-limited free-access offers) without a developer in the loop.
