Real Estate Jobs Australia is a job marketplace and career platform for the Australian real estate industry — sales agents, property managers, leasing consultants, admin and principals. Agencies post roles and manage a candidate pipeline; candidates get matched to roles, apply in seconds, and keep a Career Passport that tracks licences, CPD and certificates across states.

Dazlab designed and built the platform end to end: the public marketplace and marketing site, the employer and candidate apps, an admin portal for the client's team, and the billing. Job ads are drafted with an AI assistant, CVs are parsed and matched to roles with semantic search, and employers pay only when they publish.

The site launched as recruitre.com.au and rebranded to Real Estate Jobs Australia in September 2026. Agencies are posting roles and hires have been made through the platform.

AI-assisted job ads

An employer describes the role in conversation and the assistant drafts the ad. Free to draft, pay to publish — so the barrier to a first listing is close to zero.

Matching that understands the industry

CVs are parsed on upload and matched to roles with semantic search, so a property manager with the right licence surfaces ahead of a keyword match.

The Career Passport

Licence tracking with renewal reminders, CPD management, certificate uploads and an exportable compliance portfolio — the profile that gets a candidate hired also proves they're compliant to be hired.

Employer pipeline and admin portal

Candidate pipeline for agencies, plus a separate admin portal for the client's team with role-based access to accounts, listings and support.

Marketing site the client runs

Pages, blog, comparison pages and landing pages managed in Sanity by the client's team, with Google for Jobs structured data on every listing.
